Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Cairo, Egypt day tours! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your Multi Country Tours manager will meet and assist you through all arrival procedures. You’ll then be transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. Once you arrive, your tour manager will help you with a smooth check-in and go over your holiday itinerary, confirming the pick-up times for each day’s tour. Enjoy your evening at leisure and overnight in Cairo.

Day 2

Your private guide awaits you after an amazing breakfast at the hotel to whisk you away to the Giza Plateau to start off your excursion. Standing in front of one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the pyramids of Giza, gaze before the mysterious creatures of the Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

Afterward, another Egyptian local power-house dinner awaits you. Next in line is a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), which is only 2 km away from the Giza Pyramids; here, you will be able to surprise yourself with treasures and ancient artifacts. The museum is temporarily open with limited access to the Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, commercial area, and exterior gardens. In the evening, you will return to your hotel to relax.

Day 3

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Cairo Airport for boarding. Come arrival in Luxor, there will be a warm welcome and assistance by our representative, after which you will be transferred in an air-conditioned private vehicle to board your 5-star Nile Cruise and check-in.

Lunch will be served on board as you visit the stunning Karnak and Luxor Temples, two of the more famous sites in Upper Egypt. Return to your cruise for dinner and spend the night aboard, soaking in the splendid sights of the River Nile.

Day 4

Your day begins after breakfast, consisting of an extraordinary visit to the Valley of the Kings, where 62 Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt were buried. After that, visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an architectural wonder built by the famous woman Pharaoh of the New Kingdom in the 15th century BC.

Following this site, visit the colossal Colossi of Memnon, gigantic statues that have guarded Theban Necropolis for thousands of years. Lunch will be served aboard the cruise while sailing toward Edfu. Then, the evening will be free to watch the sunset from the deck and relax during dinner on board.

Day 5

Following breakfast on board, continue on to the excellently preserved Temple of Horus at Edfu, which stands out as one of the best-maintained examples of Ptolemaic period temples.

Proceed to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Sobek and Horus: an unusual double temple attached to both Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god. Lunch will be served on the boat as you cruise toward Aswan. Relax over dinner on the cruise while soaking in the placid scenery of the Nile.

Day 6

After breakfast on your Nile Cruise, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Aswan. Begin with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern quarries of ancient Egypt. Then continue to the stunning Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor.

Return to your cruise for dinner and relax for the evening.

Day 7

After breakfast, disembark from your Nile Cruise and transfer to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Day 8

After breakfast, you will be escorted to Cairo International Airport to catch a flight to Turkey. Your English-speaking driver will welcome you upon arrival at Istanbul Airport and then privately transfer you in an air-conditioned vehicle to the hotel.

Check-in and then on your own time, enjoy the rest of the day exploring the vibrant city of Istanbul.

Day 9

Explore the portion of the majestic Topkapi Palace, home of the Ottoman Sultans between the 15th to 19th centuries. Discover the treasury, harem, courtyards and magnificent collections of antiques and royal treasures.

End the day visiting the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and biggest roofed markets in the world; a great place to buy souvenirs, spices, and traditional crafts. Return to your hotel for relaxation and leisure in the evening.

Day 10

After breakfast, go and witness the sights that the Egyptian Bazaar (Spice Bazaar) has to offer. Located in the historic Eminönü district, the Bazaar was built in the 17th century. Walk along the busy lanes full of colorful spices, herbs, and sweets.

Next, board a public vessel and partake of a Bosphorus Cruise, a voyage taking you between two continents — Europe and Asia. Marvel at the panoramic sights of palaces and fortresses along the shores, such as Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, and Rumeli Fortress, as well as other landmarks of historical significance.

Then, explore the sightworthy neighborhoods of Fener and Balat with their charming cobblestone lanes and colorful houses along with the cozy little theme cafés. These places serve as shooting locations for Turkish TV serials and present a glimpse of local life.

Stop at the famous Bulgarian Orthodox Church of St. Stephen, entirely constructed of cast-iron, and visit the Orthodox Patriarchate Church located in the Balat district.

Wrap up your day by chilling at the famous Pierre Loti Cafe, which was once loved by the French writer Pierre Loti and boasts a wonderful view of the Golden Horn.

Head back to your hotel and overnight in Istanbul.

Day 11

After an early checkout, you’ll be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul and transferred to the airport for your flight to Kayseri Airport. Upon arrival, your guide will meet you and take you on an exciting full-day tour of North Cappadocia.

Start with a visit to Devrent Valley and Pasabagi (Monk’s Valley), famous for their otherworldly landscapes and fairy chimneys shaped by centuries of natural erosion.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Avanos, a charming town by the Kizilirmak (Red River), known for its traditional pottery and Turkish handicrafts.

In the afternoon, explore the incredible Göreme Open-Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that features ancient cave churches with beautiful frescoes. Continue to Uchisar Rock Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, offering panoramic views of the valleys below.

Make a photo stop at the Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys, the iconic symbol of Cappadocia, overlooking the town of Ürgüp, famous for its vineyards and apricot orchards. End your day at Goreme Panorama, a stunning viewpoint perfect for capturing the breathtaking landscape.

Finally, transfer to your hotel for check-in and a relaxing evening.

Day 12

After breakfast, you have full-day tour excursion covering South Cappadocia. Join in on a beautiful 4 km trek through the Red Valley, a site known for its enchanting beauty in Cappadocia. The valley offers magnificent views of the multicolored rock formations, vineyards, and uncommon local flora and fauna.

Proceed to Valley of Love (originally called White Valley), known for its peculiar rock formations and fairy chimneys that form a wonderfully romantic setting.

Next comes the ancient Christian village of Çavuşin, a historical site with rock-cut houses and churches that, despite several centuries of erosion, still provide spectacular panoramas.

After lunch near Pigeon Valley, enter one of the underground cities in Cappadocia, which is among the deepest and best-preserved sets of cities in the area. They were already standing carved into volcanic rock in the early second millennium BC and stretch over multiple underground levels.

Thereafter, make your way to Uçhisar Village, where Uçhisar Castle, a natural rock fortification, is built, with one of the best viewpoints in Cappadocia, making for unforgettable photos.

Finally, a traditional carpet workshop is to be visited to witness how world-famous Turkish rugs are handwoven, followed by a stop at an onyx and jewelry workshop to discover local craftsmanship.

Return to your hotel in the evening.

Day 13

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kayseri Airport for your flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you for check-in at Kokelud Hotel, Kusadasi, in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.

Check in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring or just relaxing around this picturesque town on the coast.

Day 14

Your day starts with a hotel pick-up around 8:30 AM for a full-day tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Begin the day by witnessing the stunning natural spectacle of Pamukkale, a.k.a. the "Cotton Castle." You will observe breathtaking white terraces trickling down the hill, created by thermal waters laden with mineral dust-a sight to behold.

Following, you proceed to the ancient city of Hierapolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famed for the impressive Roman Baths, ancient theater, and basilica. Meander along the ancient ruins and envisage life in this prospering Roman spa city of yore. Afterward, depart for Kusadasi, slated to arrive there at 7:00 PM. After hotel check-in, dinner awaits, followed by a zen evening.

Day 15

After breakfast, you'll begin your scenic morning drive out to the ancient city of Ephesus, arguably among the best-preserved archaeological sites. Feel the past on your fingertips as you stroll to see the world-famous Library of Celsus, the Grand Theater, and ancient temples. Visit the House of Virgin Mary next, thought to be the final abode of Mary, mother of Jesus, and then proceed to Basilica of St. John, the sacred site built in honor of the St. John.

Afternoon hours will be packed with a fun and lively leather fashion show, where you'll witness Turkish leather products in all their glory and learn more about this local craft. Post-tour, you will be transferred to Izmir Airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul.
