Itinerary

Day 1

Begin your journey with our 8-day Egypt and Jordan travel package, starting with our Jordan and Egypt tours. Once you arrive at Amman International Airport, a tour guide will await you. Then, travel first to your hotel in Amman in a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in. Upon reaching the hotel, your tour manager will check you in and provide details for the itinerary for the following day.

Day 2

Following breakfast at the hotel, the drive will lead to the town of Madaba, which is home to the renowned mosaic map of Palestine from the 4th century in St. George's Church. Then, it will be onto Mt. Nebo, where Prophet Moses was said to have looked across the promised land shortly before his death and is probably buried. As part of the best Jordan tours, there will be a visit to the ancient monastery along with views of the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and parts of the Holy Land. Later, travel to the Dead Sea, the world's lowest point, for some leisure time, including a floating experience.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will drive for approximately 2.5 hours to the red-rose city, the most treasured site of attraction in Jordan Petra. Dating back to the 6th century BC, Petra has historical significance established by the Nabataean Arab nomadic tribe that settled here and made it their commercial empire. You will walk through the Siq a narrow canyon leading to the magnificent façade of the Treasury. The expedition will stretch along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle.

Later, you will return to Amman for an overnight stay.

Day 4

After having breakfast, you will be taken to Queen Alia International Airport according to your flight schedule to Cairo. Included in your 8-day Egypt and Jordan travel package, upon your arrival, you will be met and assisted before being transferred to your hotel for overnight accommodation in Cairo.

Day 5

After enjoying an excellent and healthy breakfast typical of Egypt, your diligent guide will whisk you away to the Giza Pyramids tour at the Giza Plateau, where you will begin your exploration of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Walk along the plateau and admire the famous Sphinx and the Valley Temple. After Giza Pyramids tour, you will be taken to a typical Egyptian restaurant for lunch before heading to the Sakkara area. There, you will visit the Sakkara Complex to see the Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever built.

Overnight stay in Cairo.

Visits include the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the Valley Temple, Sakkara, and the Djoser Pyramid.

Day 6

After breakfast, your journey will take you first to The New Grand Egyptian Museum, popularly known as the Giza Museum, located 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the Giza pyramid complex. The GEM is presently undergoing limited visitation to execute checks for its site readiness and to enhance visitor experience before its official opening. Access is permitted to the Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, commercial area, and outside gardens. Following this visit, lunch at a truly Egyptian restaurant will be arranged. After breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport as part of your Egypt and Jordan tour package and boarded for an onward flight.
