Your Egyptologist will pick you up from the hotel in Cairo or Giza by a private air-conditioned vehicle for an unforgettable Egypt tour. Starting the day at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, watch out for one detailed Cairo attraction, which is home to the largest collection of antiquities in the world from ancient Egypt. Here, you can admire the treasures of Tutankhamun, the royal mummies, and thousands of statues, papyri, and jewelry dating back over 5,000 years, while your guide explains both the major highlights of the museum and lesser-known sites.  

Proceed towards Fustat, the oldest capital of Cairo, and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, which is the first museum in the Arab world to impart the full gamut of Egypt's history. Explore great galleries through prehistory, pharaonic, Greco-Roman, Coptic, Islamic, and modern times, with the main highlight in the Royal Mummies Hall, where deep-time immortalizing is done on legendary pharaohs such as Ramses II, Hatshepsut, and Seti I.

Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo richiesto alcune aggiunte al programma (durante il mese di Ramadan la maggior parte dei siti archeologici e dei musei chiude molto presto, tra le 15 e le 16) e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti.
